How Can People Lose Self-Esteem
Low self-esteem usually arises from difficulties and challenges that people can’t overcome and choose to give up against. The feeling of powerlessness becomes the source of low self-esteem. Other main reasons for this problem are negative thinking, weak mental state, rejection, unhealthy body, isolation, and medical conditions.
How Can We Help?
Every therapy session starts with listening, and that’s what we do. We first listen to what our client has to say and then help them understand the reason behind why they have a low self-esteem and what they can do to improve it. Once the individual understands the reasons for the problem, it becomes easy to break it down and find the best way to allow them to believe in themselves once again.
